Ministering to God’s Incarcerated People

Expected End Ministries

Katie Souza was a career criminal, and after being convicted of a number of felonies, she was sent to federal prison to serve almost twelve years. While serving what would be her final prison sentence, Katie encountered God in a way that dramatically changed her life. She immediately became an outspoken advocate for Jesus, and her infectious love for Him caused many women inside her cell block to accept Him as their Savior. God is using Katie Souza and the Prison Outreach of Expected End Ministries in powerful ways.

We are excited to bring HOPE, HEALING, and CHANGE to a wounded world. We are currently serving inmates in nearly 4000 prisons around the world, sharing the transformational soul healing message through mailers, prison visits, and Katie’s well sought-after books. To date, we have distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Katie’s books, “The Captivity Series: The Key to Your Expected End” and “Healing the Wounded Soul” to God’s incarcerated people.

Today, hundreds of prison chaplains around the world use “The Captivity Series” for their inmate Bible studies. Every month we receive countless letters (see more on this below) from both Chaplains and inmates alike, on the awesome transforming power of this book series! Inside the walls of prisons, we are teaching these men and women how to prepare to receive a revelation of their own God-ordained “expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11). We believe once a person learns his or her true purpose and calling in life, they are forever changed!

The Key to Your
Expected End

The Key to Your Expected End is a powerful teaching, written by Katie while still in prison, and is full of stories from her own miraculous prison experience. It parallels the Israelites captivity with inmates’ captivity and shares how the Lord can use this to bring them to their Jeremiah 29:11 expected end. Prison chaplains, inmates, and government officials have written to tell share testimonies of the books positive and transformational impact on inmates.

Healing the
Wounded Soul

Healing the Wounded Soul, the dynamic second book in the Captivity Series, begins with Katie’s testimony and addresses why so many of us received Jesus into our lives but found ourselves yet doing the things we used to do. Her story is a vivid demonstration of the desperate need we have for the healing of soul wounds. It provides tools to victory over our issues through getting our soul healed. Through this remarkable story and teaching, you will be able to find a pathway to healing and to your Jeremiah 29:11 God-given expected end!

Prison Events

The Miracle Healing Prison Events are another exciting part of our Prison Outreach of Expected End Ministries! 3 John 1:2 says that we will prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers. Every year Katie and her team hold miracle-healing conferences inside of prison walls. While there, she teaches inmates how to move in the supernatural to receive healing in every part of their being. These prison events are one of Katie’s favorite things to do because she loves seeing The Lord’s hand supernaturally working wonders and miracles among these men and woman (her peeps); many have never experienced God in this way before! Perhaps you know someone presently incarcerated who could truly benefit from Katie’s books, The Captivity Series -The Key to Your Expected End or Healing the Wounded Soul. Thanks to the love and generosity of partners and friends just like you, we are privileged to send them a copy absolutely free!

Letters and Mailings

KSM/EEM receives hundreds of letters from inmates every month and we attempt to answer each one because we know how important this is to the inmates we serve. They write to share their testimony or requests additional copies of Katie’s books. Some send artwork they have created, as well as stories and teachings they author. Many inmates are active KSM/EEM ministry partners giving tithes and offerings, usually in the form of postage stamps. Some have even joined our Prison Prayer Warriors Team (PPWT - Read more about this below).

In addition to responding the thousands of letters received each year, we send a newsletter with updates on the ministry and a short teaching by Katie to our Inmate. And, of course, we ship hundreds of free copies of “The Captivity Series; The Key to Your Expected End” and “Healing the Wounded Soul” every month. We receive many letters from inmates, chaplains, and even government officials telling of the life changing effects once inmates have read and applied the teachings from these books.

Prisoners Prayer Warrior Team

Furthermore, brethren, do pray for us, that the Word of the Lord may speed on (spread rapidly and run its course) and be glorified (extolled) and triumph, even as [it has done] with you

1 Thessalonians 3:1 (AMPC)

God has commissioned Katie to raise up a mighty army for Jesus, even within the prison walls! Inmates who have a concern revival to sweep through prisons and throughout the world, are invited to join. Inmates learn to increase their prayer life as they grow and learn more about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our Prisoners Prayer Warrior Team (PPWT) is a group of incarcerated men and women who partner with Katie’s ministry team, focusing on the same prayer points. PPWT members grow in the things of God as we send them:

  • Quarterly prayer directives, so that the entire team is focused and praying in one accord (praying united on the same points).
  • Katie’s teachings so that you can continue on the road to your Expected End, using the Soul Healing teachings that changed Katie’s life and the lives of countless others!

God loves and values their prayer, and so does Expected End Ministries!

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

The Academy of Supernatural Healing

The Academy of Supernatural Healing (ASH) is expanding its reach! We are currently working with the leaders of several transitional homes in Kansas operated by Working Men of Christ Ministries (WMOCM). As an apostolic headship, Expected End Ministries has embraced WMOCM who will be using the ASH protocols. This will now include programs that are assisting both men and women who are transitioning from prison to their expected end.
